Appointments cancelled within 48hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment value before any more appointments can be scheduled.
No shows will be charged at 100% on appointment value before any further treatments are booked.
If you have cancelled or no showed, you may be asked for a non refundable booking fee on future appointments.
Gift Vouchers can and will be used against any charges incurred through cancellations or no shows.
Lastly any appointments cancelled/no showed then rescheduled into a monthly offer will not be entitled to the discount.
A patch test will be required at least 48 hours prior to all new tinting, lash lift and tint treatments, along with signing the patch test form.
